As we enter the holiday season, we want to make sure that you get your PONY-O gifts delivered on time. This year, experts say holiday shipping and deliveries will likely experience an overwhelming surge in demand, resulting in major delays. Shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx and UPS are expecting record package volume through November and December. While we have prepared for increased volume, there may be unanticipated delays that arise in the shipping and delivery process. Skip the shipping stress and place your order today!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE FULFILLED AND SHIPPED?

Please allow 2 BUSINESS days, after placing your order, for it to leave our warehouse in Colorado. We do not ship on weekends; those orders will be shipped within 2 business days starting on the following Monday. If your order is placed over a holiday weekend, it will ship within 2 business days beginning the following working day. This is fulfillment time only and DOES NOT include transit time from Pine, Colorado to your shipping address.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use USPS and DHL to ship US orders. For international orders, we exclusively use DHL.

WHAT IS THE CUTOFF DATE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

The U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS have released recommended ship-by dates for gifts to be delivered in time for the December 25 holiday, which lands on a Saturday this year. With supply chain snags slowing deliveries to both retail stores and home doorsteps — and the USPS itself slowing mail, we are recommending consumers shop (and ship) early. Here are the cut-off dates for ordering PONY-O products if you need them in time for Christmas:

Friday, December 17 - Priority Mail Service
Friday, December 17 - Priority Mail Express Service

Alaska and Hawaii from Pine, Colorado
Monday, December 13: Hawaii to/from mainland — priority mail and first-class mail
Tuesday, December 14: Alaska to/from Continental U.S. — first-class and priority mail

SmartMail Expedited - Tuesday, December 14

African Countries - Monday, November 15
Australia - Friday, November 12 (Because of major delays with DHL and customs, there is the possibility of an additional wait of up to 10 days to receive your package. We suggest ordering before November 12, if possible).

ARE SHIPPING TIMES GUARANTEED?

All ship times are an estimate, and may end up being a day or so off because of order fulfillment cutoffs. For shipping methods that are not guaranteed, such as First Class or Priority Mail, the ship date and delivery times may actually be a window of days. Additional factors, such as COVID, heavy rains, snow, and damage from natural disasters may slow down your package deliveries. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over transit times, but we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your PONY-O products. For guaranteed delivery, your best option is Priority Mail Express or Next Day Delivery. You can help us out by double-checking your ship-to address. Re-ships, refunds/credits will not be issued for service delays due to incorrect addresses.

WHAT COMES IN MY ORDER?

In addition to the PONY-O products, you will receive 1 bag and 1 Instructional booklet for each order. If you are giving our products to multiple people, we suggest ordering 1 extra bag and booklet per person.
