How do I redeem my CashBack offer?

We've partnered with Fondue as our CashBack partner. Here's how you claim your CashBack incentive:

  1. Post purchase, check your email for CashBack offer.
  2. Complete the CashBack redemption form.
  3. Select your preferred CashBack redemption method: Virtual Visa card or PONY-O store credit.
  4. After our 30 day return period, collect your money!
    Why is there a holding period to receive my CashBack?

    We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is a 30 day holding period that corresponds with our return policy.

    Can I use a discount code with my CashBack offer?

    You have to choose between a discount code or cash back. Applying a discount code to your cart will suspend your cash back offer. Please note that we do not have control over this feature.

    How long does it take to get my Visa prepaid card?

    As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your Visa prepaid card.

    Where can I use this Visa prepaid card?

    Where can I find my Visa prepaid card?

    If you select a Visa prepaid card, we will send you an email with details about your selection and a secure link to the details of your card.
