Since fall is officially here an it's Pumpkin-everything-season, we thought, "why not a pumpkin hair mask?" You'll need a whole cooked pumpkin, yogurt, coconut oil and honey. (Almost sounds good enough to eat). If you're pressed for time, and who isn't, you can substitute the whole pumpkin for canned pumpkin.
Pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A and Potassium and Coconut Oil is rich in fatty acids. Together with the probiotic-bomb yogurt and honey, which is rich in emollients, this mask can help increase the moisture of your hair, heal scalp inflammation, and help your hair grow healthier. Oh my gourdness! Who knew?
Blend the ingredients in a food processor or blender and apply to damp hair. And since the idea of a mask is to increase the health of your hair, secure your style with the PONY-O. - 1 whole cooked pumpkin OR 1 can pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
